CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR – AMERICAS

We coordinate and deliver a wide range of work-related relocation services globally, such as Destination Services, Immigration Services, Intercultural Communication, Move Management and Consultancy Services.

As a Client Services Director, you will be the point-of-contact for all operational delivery of global mobility services for assigned transferees including being the main point of contact for client company stakeholders. You will be expected to achieve individually set objectives for business development including client relationship building, cross and up-selling services, whilst playing a critical role in building a network of partners and suppliers that are the best in class, in line with agreed policies and guidelines on supply management.

As Client Services Director for our Americas engagements you will form part of a Global Client Service Director network and will have an opportunity to mould and develop our regional objectives. Our CSD’s are solution minded and self-motivated. As a Client Services Director within Movenet you will be able to impact both the development of our business and our company’s growth.

The Client Services Director will report to the Vice President, Client Services.

 Responsibilities:

  • Coordination with partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and development of global mobility services to clients and transferees
  • Ensure proactive and timely follow-ups of ongoing or closed cases with clients and transferees
  • Business development targets on new client engagements in the Americas region
  • Build, maintain and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders in region
  • Represent Movenet at regional conferences and events
  • Assign correct invoicing, compliance with agreed processes, systems and response KPIs to client companies and transferees in line with agreed guidelines
  • Responsible for creation and introduction of local service delivery teams inline with business growth
  • Act as an internal and external ambassador for Movenet
  • Ad-hoc business administration

 

 Requirements:

  • 3-5 years professional experience in leading or managing operational service delivery in customer-centric, multi-cultural and diversified organizations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, additional language skills are advantageous 
  • Relevant university degree
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
  • Experience in relocation services, or destination services, or travel industry, or hospitality is a plus
  • Experience working or living abroad
  • Self-starter with capability to maintain tight deadlines, is results oriented, with strong social and communication skills
